Time: 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Participants should bring towel, water bottle and YOGA mat*.
(*We also have new YOGA mats that can be purchased for only $10 each.)

Adult Photoshop Class starting Wednesday night, January 20, 2010
Program Director: Matt Bourque, ARHS Art Teacher
Location: High School Room No. 109
Days: Monday and Wednesday nights
Dates: 01/20, 01/25, 01/27, 02/01, 02/03, 02/08, and 02/10
Fee: $55 / Time: 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
This class for adults (18+) will involve learning the Adobe Photoshop software. You will learn basic concepts of the software, how to adjust your digital photos, create collages and touch up old photos. Also learn graphic design strategies to create logos and flyers. You will receive basic training tips on Photoshop's wide range of tools. All you need is a digital camera and a creative mind! ADULT VOLLEYBALL
Adult Volleyball has three leagues - Men, Women, and Co-Ed. The men’s league and women’s league have structured leagues with teams, while the Co-Ed league has pick-up games.
It will run from the first week of November 2009 through the last week of April 2010.
Fee: $100 per person or $150 per person for two leagues
Men’s-Advanced League
Monday nights 11/02/09 – 04/26/10
Women’s-Intermediate League Tuesday nights 11/03/09 – 04/27/10
Co-Ed League-Pick-up games Wednesday Nights 11/04/09 – 04/28/10
Location: Freetown – Lakeville Middle School Gym Entrance
Time: 7:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Registration will be the week of November 2, 2009 from 7:00 – 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights at the Middle School Gym Entrance or you can drop off form and payment to Com Rec Office.
