Alone - Home Safety Class
Ages: 9 – 12 (Boys and Girls)

Basic Babysitting Training
Ages: 11 – 14 (Boys and Girls)
Date: Friday, November 21, 2008
Time: 5:15 – 8:15 p.m.

Home Alone – Basic First Aid, Door Protocol, Telephone Protocol, Accident Prevention, First Aid for Choking, and Safety Measures.
Basic Babysitting Training – This is a comprehensive 3-hour course for 11 – 14 year olds. Topics include first aid, choke save techniques, mealtime, bedtime, diapering, discipline, safety, contracts and ethics.
Enrollment is limited. Please call Diane Czapiga at the Community Recreation Department at (508) 923-6446 to verify the space available in the course. Once confirmed by the Com Rec Department, please return form along with payment to the school or mail to the Com Rec Dept..
WINTER SOCCER SKILLS TRAINING at the FREETOWN-LAKEVILLE MIDDLE SCHOOL.
REGISTRATION FEE: $50.00 / Starts week of Nov 3 thru March 26th
We do not operate during school vacation weeks, half days or school cancellations due to weather.
Skill training will focus on footwork, agility, fitness, speed, passing, shooting and game tactics.

Tuesdays 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. U6 - U8 (Coed) Assawompset School

U6 - U8 registration takes place online only at www.freetownlakevillesoccer.org. U9 - U15 registration is submitted to mail to Com Rec Dept., 98 Howland Road, Lakeville, MA 02347.
The nights do not conflict with the Bridgewater Dome for respective ages.
All participants will need to wear shin guards, indoor gym shoes and bring their own ball.

Youth Baseball Throwing and Softball Pitching Clinic
Grades 6 – 8 / Cost $40*
The Community Recreation Program has designed a series of clinics for the baseball/softball player who is serious about getting his/her body in good throwing condition for the upcoming spring seasons. Instruction will promote good arm care in the form of mechanics, conditioning, and frequency. These sessions are limited in size and will be conducted inside and outside depending on weather conditions.
